I have followed both Crossports and the Bucknell Fusion board for several years and rarely have seen both schools recruit the same player. Anyone have thoughts on the reasons why? Pretty sure Nana was recruited by HC

Pretty sure Nana was recruited by HC He was. The first in a series of swings-and-misses by the prior staff in an effort to find a big for what would be HC's senior class (Mike Auger and Cam Gregory were a couple others offered subsequently). Failing that, they eventually gave the final schollie to Mitch Hahn, iirc.

Auger looks like a beast. Glad to hear he plans to return to school to get his degree

Ah yes, the recruitment of Mike Auger -- when a former DOBO tweeted out a picture of an alumni event chockfull of cocktails, and said that Holy Cross offered "exclusive network opportunities for athletes."

Hahn was not only the final scholarship that year he was the only one, he was a grand slam homer compared to some of our recent bail out recruits.

Was he a grand slam homer because after one season he was out of the park and on his way home?

More importantly, we lost Milan Brown, apparently a very nice man but one who would never have been able to lead us to success.

Sometimes new coaches re-recruit players, like Dudzinski, Hahn had 3rd double double of season last night but according to some on this board he only had one good game and was compared to CLS what a joke.

Hahn's shooting was never the problem. It was his weak defense that was. Any stats on that?
Some keep bringing up players who chose to move on to a different school (or chose a different one to begin with)..."what a joke."

We lost Hahn, proctor and kostecka within days of cbc’s investiture. Wut up wit dat? Iona lost some kid named Proctor with no coaching change at all. Wut up wit dat? Do Hahn, Proctor, and that guy from Loyola have siblings/relatives that HC is looking at for the class of 2023?

Mitch Hahn is having a real off year (still early) with his shooting: 10/37= .270 on threes; 14/42= .357 on twos; 13/19= .684 on free throws

Not HC men's, but Geno Auriemma has been spotted at Worcester Academy today..I would guess he is there to get another look at Aliyah Boston, a 6'4" junior who is a 2016-17 Max Prep 2nd team All-American, class of 2019...

OT, from the list of recruits. What the heck would prompt an African American family named Duke to name their kid David? Or a Caucasian family for that matter.

Well, as hard as it is for you to believe it, some people don't know who David Duke is. At least one resident residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in D.C. says he doesn't know the man.
