A shame that Kalif fair caught the latest punt. The closest Redskin was probably ten yards from him, and it looked like he had plenty of room for a return. Perhaps a little gun-shy after returning a punt he probably should have fair caught in the first half.

Kalif was just in on punt coverage. Ball almost hit the guy blocking him but hit him instead. Got himself on the replay on that one as they weren’t sure who it hit.

This is not good news. From today's Newark Star-Ledger:
"The Giants and Broncos essentially executed a trade, as the Giants signed wide receiver Hunter Sharp off of Denver's practice squad, according to Mike Klis. The 5-foot-11, 198-pound Sharp is a second-year free agent out of Utah State.
"Sharp didn't record a catch in his one career game, but he averaged 11.0 yards on five punt returns against the Chargers in Week 5. Sharp could take over return duties from Kalif Raymond, who has averaged just 3.3 yards on seven punt returns in four games."

Kalif is in there today in a close game vs. Eagles. so far 3 kickoff returns for 69 yards and no punt returns (despite being back there to field them). Hope his confidence is increasing with the playing time

5 kick returns for 100 yards with a long of 24. One PR for 7 yards.

Kalif is active today and may actually get some run at receiver in case anyone is looking for a reason to watch an otherwise meaningless game.

Just had a nice 17-yard punt return. Not involved in the passing game. Had a muff and recovered it earlier according to the box score.

The muff fell right at his feet and he got right on top of it.
In addition to this nice 17-yard return, he had a shorter return earlier in the game.
He has also been playing on punt coverage; he has been the first Giant to get to the receiver but others have made the tackle.

Hoops, tell us which Class had the most NFL players. Did any Class have more than 1 or 2? I know your classmate Lentz played safety for the Broncos but I am guessing a bunch of Duffner’s guys played a lot. Kozerski with the Bengals comes immediately to mind. Fenerty with the Saints.

Hop Riopel and 5 classmates from ‘25 4 from ‘26 Jon Morris ‘64 had the longest career- 15 years, 12 as a starter, 7 in the pro bowl—all HC alum highs i had the good fortune of watching Morris for his senior season, capped by a big upset in the frigid cold vs BC., when he shadowed and stifled their all east QB, Jack Concannon.

That BC game is still a great memory - a warm thought on a cold night!

What HC pro player had two interceptions in a playoff game? Lentz or Rohan Bradley Jack's Broncos teams were terrible so he did not play in the playoffs. Rohan was a friend/floormate in Wheeler dorm. He did not play pro ball that I know of.

Tom got a bunch of interceptions, including 6 in his second (and final) season, but none in the playoffs. I wonder why he only played two seasons??
