FIVE THINGS TO KNOW •The Holy Cross women’s soccer team is set for its first Patriot League contest of the season on Friday, as the Crusaders play host to Navy.
•Sophomore goalkeeper Caroline Cashion earned her third shutout of the season, as the Crusaders defeated Iona by a score of 4-0 on the road last Friday. Her three shutouts are tied for the most in the Patriot League.
•The team’s 4-0 win over Iona was the program’s largest margin of victory over an opponent since defeating Saint Peter’s 4-0 on Sept. 11, 2015.
•Freshman Sydney Fisher scored the first goal of her career in the win over Iona.
•Junior Ang Seslija leads the Holy Cross offense with six points on three goals this season.

this game at 5, is followed by the field hockey team's league match vs. lehigh at 7:30. much better chance at a victory in fh.

WSoccer lost 2-1. FH beat Lehigh 5-1.

Didn't see the women's soccer game but saw tweets during the game. HC led 1-0 until 35 minutes left in the game when Navy tied it. And another 5 minutes later won it for Navy.
Box score shows both Navy goals on corner kicks. HC out shot Navy 10-9. HC with more shots on goal (as indicated by saves) 5-3.
Based on all that I'd say it was competitive.

HC was the better team, Navy scored both goals off corner kicks.. they have not given up a defensive goal in 4 games.. this is a competitive team
