I'd love to see this sleazy school be penalized heavily.

A guess Football will be penalized heavily, hoops will not

I'd also like to see heavy penalties... though it seems unlikely unless it's the FBI doing enforcement rather than the NCAA.

NCAA is brutal. Spineless. Have penalized schools for same infraction.

The NCAA is putting itself on a very slippery slope between this ruling and the fact that the Feds are involved with the shoe cesspool.
Given that the NCAA is the regulator involved in overseeing these charades, the question begs "who regulates the regulator?"
Think the general counsel and boards of some of these so called schools might be getting a little nervous if/when they are challenged over their accreditation?
Lot of meat on that bone.

Shouldn't really come as a surprise.
Those in a position of power who make boatloads of money don't want systemic change that may threaten their power and money.

Going after accreditation may be the only thing that might make a difference. Of course, if they are no longer accredited, their hoop teams may get even better. Is there any NBA accreditation?

What a joke, but we knew that UNC, which has great influence in the NCAA, would not be properly punished.
