The number in brackets represents the rank of that school in the Bassett list of all D1 teams:
90-100% Monmouth (106) by 24 over Presbyterian (237) Yale (53) by 28 over Brown (234) 80-90% Dartmouth (131) by 14 over Cornell (189)
60-70% Bucknell (201) by 3 over Lehigh (188) (virtual toss-up) HOLY CROSS (167) by 3 over Fordham (210) (virtual toss-up) Georgetown (236) by 4 over Lafayette (230)
50-60% New Hampshire (129) by 1 over William and Mary (152) (actual toss-up) Colgate (154) off this week ___________
FBS: East Carolina (174) by 1 over Connecticut (212)

Does this mean they consider HC better than UConn?

Does this mean they consider HC better than UConn? Yes, it does. That does make a statement about such ratings, doesn't it? I guess that UNH game is still paying benefits.

Mizzou blowout cost UConn about 30+ places in Bassett. Not as close as the 52-12 score indicated.
(Edit: Basset has the wrong game. UConn already lost to E. Carolina and will be playing USF this week. I think that (USF) is a storm makeup game. Finally, the Memphis loss, 70-31 was pretty bad too - Memphis coach sat his QB down at the end of the 3rd quarter after he (the QB) threw 7 TD passes).)

UConn is playing South Florida this Saturday, and it is a storm makeup game. UConn was originally scheduled to play East Carolina this Saturday, but there was some schedule reshuffling due to Hurricane Jose. The Vegas line has South Florida as a 23 point favorite. This will be UConn's last game in East Hartford this season.
