Holy Cross-- Crusaders beat AU twice last season. AU has been using a small squad of players and it may not be working as hoped for, e.g. Larry Matuzis, NAIA transfer, has played 117 minutes in the last three games and went 8/20 on 2's and 3/16 on 3's. He scored 20+ in 5 of 6 games in one OOC stretch but is struggling while AU looks to him for points. His O-Ratings in last 5 games are 73-94-81-65-79. I don't know about his defense. Key question today is "will AU make 3's"? I'm looking for a big game from JF to carry a motivated HC team to the win.

Army-- Colgate depends on the three and has won its last two games despite its 3 point shooting accuracy having declined quite a bit. Freshman Jack Ferguson is 5/32 in PL play. Will Rayman has had 4 sub-par games in a row Army beat Lehigh by 12 in latest. Army is 10-1 when it shoots 56% or higher on eff fg pctg and 12 -2 when opponents shoot at 56% or lower. Colgate is shooting 49% in PL play.

Bucknell-- Bison have won last 8 games versus Navy. Bison are struggling with their threes, hitting 31% in PL play, but have held PL opponents under 30%. PL opponents eff fg pctg is 44%. This is a very deep team. Foulland has been a monster in PL play including hitting a higher than expected % of free throws. Navy is 11-1 when shooting 51% ans 2-7 otherwise. I see this as an "otherwise" game for Navy due to Bucknell's great defense.

Boston University-- BU beat Navy on the road in the latest and has #1 offense and 32 defense in PL play. 3 point shooting has improved and is at 42% in PL games, second best.

Lehigh-- Loyola relies on the two but is 5-2 when it hits 40% or more of its threes and 0-12 otherwise. Loyola commits a tremendous number of fouls and while Lehigh doesn't draw a lot of fouls the Mountain hawks may get to the line in this game where they are #1 in PL FT percentage. Andree continues to excel on offense with an O-Rating over 100 in each of his last 9 games. Lehigh is 7-3 when opponents shoot 55% or lower and Loyola is at 52% in PL games
