Liked this tweet about Kiessling. The backstory is that this guy’s son, an FBS OL recruit, was injured in the first half of a game against Xavier that Xavier ultimately lost 14-12. Kiessling apparently reached out to the opponent after the game to check on him. Speaks very well of Kiessling’s character.

Jared Kreimer's highlight reel is truly impressive: www.hudl.com/video/3/6113769/599863a3d45e6621407c536aAlso love the fact that his Dad is a Crusader and we are getting a captain from St. Xavier in Cincy. Developing a pipeline from St X would be outstanding. Hopefully his fellow captain the inside LB, Kiessling, will also commit to the Cross. Let's Win!! I recall this post from td128 back in August when Jared Kreimer committed. Good call, Larry!!

Who was the kid we lost to liberty due to our coaching change last year? They just had a change — wonder if he sticks there.

Who was the kid we lost to liberty due to our coaching change last year? They just had a change — wonder if he sticks there. That was Brendan Schlittler from Missouri. Just checked his Twitter -- he has posts thanking his former coach and welcoming the incoming coach. Sounds like he's staying there.

What a messed up world college football is. Hugh Freeze acts like a morally corrupt a hole, sits out for a year, and is hired by a Christian University. As was once said, if Jeffrey Dahmer could run a 4.4 40, someone would say he had an eating disorder, offer him a scholarship and put him in the Wildcat.

Nothing that I could find on Twitter. But there have been some hopeful signs over the past few weeks. For about a month (mid-October - mid-November), Dobbs had pinned the tweet about his PWO offer to Michigan. However, he never changed the "Holy Cross commit" at the top of his Twitter page. Then he posted the picture of his home visit with Coach Chesney. More recently, he has changed "Holy Cross commit" to "HC '23." Just my speculation, but to me it seems that this has solidified his commitment. There is reason for optimism with one week to go.
Meanwhile, today HC offeree Caden Kolesar of Ohio committed to a PWO offer from Michigan. C'est la vie.

Exams end on Saturday mid-afternoon and I think dorms close at 6:00 or 7:00 PM.
Not an optimal weekend for visits.
