A more natural matchup for U of M tonight-quickness and athleticism Would be great to schedule 4-6 of our old rivals each year for ooc games, even on the road Helps recruiting and makes us better

Perhaps we can construct an old ECAC North or a hybrid of the ECAC and natural Catholic school rivalries as our OOC schedule Encourage all who favor such a move to call NP Not sure it makes a difference but silence doesn’t move the needle

Michigan leads Villanova 52-25 with 12:30 to go. Maybe, just maybe, Michigan has a good team this year

Think that Marv may have done his last college game The NCAA is not as forgiving as the NBA

Don't think Nova counts as an "old rival"; believe it or not HC has played Michigan 5 times now and Nova 3 times (last time was 1968-9). St. Johns, St. Peter's, Seton Hall, Georgetown, Fairfield, Fordham, LaSalle, Manhattan, BC - all Catholic, all former opponents HC has played at least 20 times. ...and I forgot Iona. I'd like to see Northeastern on the schedule; like decent opponents whose venue is close. I know, we and they only have about a dozen games (or less) to fill.

No I was talking about the old ECAC N-S- and NY
More about StJohns, Gtown, Providence, BC each year and a mix of the others to give us 5-7 interesting ooc games
Since it was a Michigan game thread my first point was referencing the game tonight and the match up against Nova

If Michigan beats Villanova by 27 and beats HC by 19, the transitive property says that Holy Cross is a better team than Villanova

In KenPom's calculations, Michigan has gone from #27 before playing HC to #11 after whomping Villanova. Of course, early in the season teams do move up or down quite a bit
