Pitt 80, BC 70 Final. Let's play Sienna three times next year. Do all the minor post season tournaments require a winning record, or is 16-17 eligible? I believe the CIT requires a .500 record. The CBI has no requirement as to record as long as the school is willing to write a big enough check.

Neither Hahn nor UNO looked very good, as they lost to ND State.

Neither Hahn nor UNO looked very good, as they lost to ND State. He had one scoring burst to go from 0 points to 9...brought them back in the game, but they faded badly after that. If I were BC, I'd be knocking on Bill Coen's door in a week or so. Might have been the brains of the operation when Skinner was there; in any case, once he went to NU, Skinner didn't do that well.

If High Point wants to go to the NCAAs, they should make sure Jahaad Proctor transfers somewhere for his final year of eligibility.
Think of it, he left HC before he got there, and HC won the PL title. Then, after playing in 2016-17 for Iona, he ditched them. Iona's won the MAAC both years since.

Skinner cobbled together a really good staff -- Coen, Cooley, and Duquette were outstanding assistants. Why would Bill Coen come to HC? Or are you suggesting Carmody just pick Coen's brain?

And if I had to compare Christian's job security to Bill Carmody's, I think the odds are greater that Bill Carmody will still be around in a month and not Christian. BC's effort in the ACC Tournament was horrendous.

Watched the Duke/NC game last night! This one was a knock down drag out fight between 2 heavyweights! NC had a big lead early but Duke kept crawling back and eventually won by 1 point! One non call that went Duke's way took place with about 6 minutes left in the game when ZW appeared to double dribble but there was no call by the refs and he made the 2 point basket! Roy W was very upset! He should be, they lost by 1 point! Interesting fact! Patriot League official Clarence Armstrong (who has done some of our games) was one of the stripes working the game!

The high stepping guy is Jeffrey Anderson and he is the one who kept going to the monitor. One such look was the replay of what he originally called a flagrant on a BU player against AB who was around mid court heading to the basket. After the replay the call was reversed to just a common foul. thespun.com/news/video-of-this-referee-running-is-going-viralwww.democratandchronicle.com/story/sports/college/2018/03/27/jeffrey-anderson-final-four-referees-officials-jeff-rochester-franklin-officials-referees-2018/463862002/

Clarence Armstrong in the middle of a controversial call early in the second half of the Ivy Championship. Getting a lot of screen time.

Yale gym not great as a facility. Probably seems pretty great today when it’s packed for a huge game. Same for the Hart Center if we ever get back to hosting PL Championships. .
