Massey makes Navy a 6 point favorite (65-59) with a 68% chance for the win.
Navy is 7-7. After home losses to Lehigh and American, they came back to win at Colgate (62-49).

Fairly "silent" response on your part. Nothing to say?

A game I thought we'd win three weeks ago, now I am not confident at all. We'll need good games from our starters and Manis will have to be her dominant self. Navy played a tougher ooc schedule and have handled the weaker teams in the league so far. Are we one of the 'weaker teams' ?, hope not

Fairly "silent" response on your part. Nothing to say? Fair point. The whole of this team is much less than the sum of its parts, so far. It really should have finished the preseason with one loss (to BC) and should be 3-1 in the league. They really need to win this game tonight to keep the momentum going from their previous win.

21-16 HC according to the live stats. This is a premium ($4.99) game.

HC t/os the ball like clock work the last 2 ins, Navy scores last 6 to take a 24-23 lead at the half.

Manis is 2 of 8 from the field including one 3 for 5 points - she is not playing like a POY candidate

Being out-hustled and out-rebounded badly - down 42-34 after 3. Certainly can come back but I’m not feeling good about it

Navy 54-47. HC fouled at the end, but Navy was ten for ten at the foul line so that didn't work. Wonder if the Middies are eating fast food takeout during the Government shutdown like the Clemson Football team was served at the WH?

Loss 54-47. We shot 32 pct (16 of 50) from the field and 10 of 18 from the line - navy scored only 4 points in the first 7 minutes of the 4th qtr and we got it within 1, 46-45. From there, as usual no one stepped up to make winning plays Anyone else out there think that our super weak ooc schedule imbued confidence in this team ? Just don’t know what to say about the job BG is doing

19 turnovers and allowed 18 offensive rebounds against a smaller team. LM is not the POY to this point.

Are PL teams taking away Manis or is her production off for other reasons?

Are PL teams taking away Manis or is her production off for other reasons? Navy did a pretty good job denying decent 3 point attempts on the perimiter. Holy Cross' guard quartet was 4-13 from the arc; while the percentage isn't horrible; the 13 attempts is lower than normal. It was disturbing how many 50/50 balls (to coin a phrase from soccer) off of missed shots Holy Cross did not come up with. Clearly the difference in the ballgame.

Sad to hear. I really hope things improve with the talent that HC has.

Overall team toughness is not a strong point of this team.

It does not seem to be, but that can always change. (Spoken as a hopeful fan - not as a neutral observer.)
