Just to switch things up, I wonder if it make sense to start PB and bring MF off the bench. Maybe Matt would be a little fresher against the competition after a few minutes of play and not get into as much foul trouble. PB hit two 3 pointers the last game - a positive sign Does anyone have any insight when Connor might be back? ...and that way Carmody can tell if he wants to go with a bigger lineup or Floyd needs to come out to keep him fresh/protect him from fouls, etc. I don't expect Pat to score 11 points a game, that was a plus; but at the same time Green should return to form sooner or later.

CG's not really off form in that his streak of poor games stands at just 1..... In the 6 PL games he has earned o-ratings of 112, 48 (Navy), 122, 137, 106, 51 (Loyola). So, ignoring defense, for which I know of no easy objective metric, he's had two poor games and four really solid ones. We lost both of those games--and should have won both in hand--but I'm not blaming CG for those losses. CG was 0-4 on threes in the Loyola game but on fire before that as he is now 11-25 on threes in PL games. I look for his typical strong play today.

If 7 points on 3/10 shooting in a blow out loss translates to a 106 rating then forgive me if I choose to pay no attention to those numbers.

I'm hoping that not telegraphing lazy passes is a point of emphasis tonight

Yes, I now recall that you brought this to our attention last year--very impressive correlation. Hope he goes for 20 tonight
