Loyola, 22-16, under five in the 2nd quarter. Greyhounds shooting poorly, but +8 in FGA, thanks to 12 HC turnovers.

One of the best, if not the best, quarters they've played all year.

HC on 14-0 run to lead, 30-22, at half. Manis not a factor scoring-wise (2), but five boards -doesn't seem to be moving all that well, maybe not 100%. LaBarbera leading the way with 10 points - couple threes, nice pull up in the lane. Impressive player.

Swords has really improved this year and is playing well today. can’t understand Manis 1 of 4 from the field and she’s committed 6 turnovers - I predict we’ll need her in the 2nd half

HC 43-34 after 3. It seems pretty clear Manis is under the weather today,

Smith leads w/15 on 5-5 shooting including 4-4 from 3, AL w/ 12, Swords 8/6, Manis w/ 8/11 Faulkner another "quiet" great game w/ 9 pts, 7rebs, 7 assit & 3 stls

Great jobs by Smith and LaBarbera - Faulkner also looked good. Nice win without Lauren who did look fatigued for some reason. Loyola shot 30 pct from the field including 3 of 21 from 3 - that did help overcome our 18 turnovers

The team looks different to me, in a very positive sense. Faulkner, Smith and Ezemma played solid along with the usual triumvirate. Manis off but still had 11 rbs.

I think one of the reasons Lauren struggled today was she took a very heavy fall about 3 mins into the game and appeared to hurt her lower back. That may explain why she looked so lethargic there after. I missed it live as I was late to tune in.

Looks like Pedi has been de-emphasized in this slight lineup shakeup. That's ok, everyone will be needed as injuries and slumps are part of a long season.
