74 of Colgate’s 80 points scored by guys who will be back next year. Assuming Ivanauskus has two years of eligibility remaining, 61 of those points were from guys who will be back for 2+ years.
They were already significantly better than HC with Floyd, and they will only be getting better. Sad.

I’m pleased that the league is getting better across the board. BU will also be improved with all of their production and Whyte coming back. Totally agree that ‘on paper’ we look to be a 2nd tier team - a lot will depend on the development of Faw and Niego

A number of us think Caleb Green may have been the most improved soph, and believe he will continue to improve. There were five point guards named to the first, second, and third all-PL teams. All five of them return next year.
And none of them are named Caleb Green.

Ivanauskis with a big time POY flop...he has learned from the best at 'gate Is Colgate, dare I say, a program we should be emulating? Langel is no dope. He definitely recognizes that he’s not going to be able to out-recruit other PL teams with kids coming from high school, but look at what he’s done cleaning up on the transfer route. Some names off the top of my head — Ivanauskas - Northwestern Tillotson - Monmouth Jacobs - Ohio Swopshire - Bradley With Fran D retiring at Temple, you wonder if they’d look to hire Langel.

Regarding other PL teams and who they have returning, I’m willing to guess we will be picked to finish sixth or seventh in the league.
We desperately need new leadership for the program.

Bucknell in control, 55-45, 15m left. Karnik can barely get from one end of the court to the other, and Lehigh just 2-8 deep. Bucknell m2m giving shooters no room to operate. What a concept.

We actually played Bucknell far tougher than Lehigh is today....the thing is, all these PL teams are pretty close to one another...I really doubt we see a coaching change unless Carmody himself steps away.

Bison up by 19. Nine minutes left, but not to early to stick a fork in the Doctor.

And will be only marginly bettah or worse than HC....the league was devised with parity as its goal....it has accomplished that in spades.

We really are not that far away from winning this league/tournament (see 2016) in any given year....I just don't see the school making a change in the coaching staff given where we are vis avis the other hoop programs in the PL.
