Look, I know there is a difficult situation here. Let's keep it simple, regardless of Xs and Os, we were a winning team a few years ago, maybe not champions, but we had 20 wins. Now we are the worst team in the Patriot League and our premier player is graduating. The PL Championship was one by the previous coach's players, and was clearly an outlier, not a catalyst. There is no additional pertinent information required to inform an even mediocre college decision-maker as to how to proceed in managing men's basketball. The rest is, as Weinberg said in A Few Good Men, "smoke-filled, coffee house crap."

Let's talk this over at the Apocalypse Coffee House. No, these are first world problems, and meaningless in the greater plan.
That being said, a more appropriate venue would be "The Coffee House of Complacency."

The perfect coach would have been Willard between the lines and Brown on the recruiting trail. At this point, HC has neither.

How are two of the best guards in Michigan headed to HC next year? ...by accident?

RGS will there ever come a time when you would support a coaching change or is whatever the administration does okay with you. It's pretty apparent at this point Carmody will return, what if anything does the program have to accomplish next year to garner your support for going forward with him in the future.

Possibly (as it did in the past when I finally gave up on FCMB after several years). 2. Not at all. 3. I would think that another losing season would mean termination (as in non-renewal when his contract expires). But that is just my opinion.
