Pat M was great last year and may be a bit down this year but as far as HC baseball goes he has checked all the boxes. Excluding making it to the MLB, which is highly unlikely out of HC, he has (#1) been a member of a PL championship team, (#2) played in the NCAA'S in Corvallis, Or vs the #1 ranked team in the country on ESPN, (#3) played an entire season at the Cape, the best college baseball league in the country, (#4) traveled the country playing a game and (#5) last and most important will receive a degree from an outstanding college.

/\ /\ Agreed. On a slightly different topic I am wondering if his classmate Cronin will be drafted in early June. I looked up his age (Birthday: Sep 24, 1997) and he is about 1.5 years younger than Pat, has a large (6'4") frame, has pitched very well of late, and might have some of the 'stuff' MLB scouts are looking for. Thoughts?

My only thought is: if drafted, sign. Grad school or employment will be there as an option for decades to come, this won't.

Thoughts? Yup, you can't teach velocity, and Cronin was throwing 93-94 when they played at LSU earlier in the season.
