Honestly, if you read the criteria for ranking, I don't think either school will be moving up the rankings anytime soon. Just says we both were kickin' it in the late 30's and through the 40's. And who leads the all time series???

Question: How were teams like Iowa Pre-Flight and Torpedo Raiders considered NCAA? Were the enlisted men in basic training also taking college classes in addition to playing football?

I believe that whatever the NCAA was, if it even existed, had very little influence in whom schools scheduled
