Like they always say, if you can win in Winooski, you can win anywhere.

Good for Coach Eaton, he's stuck with it a long time.

Sadly I give St Mike's a 50/50 shot of existing in 5 years.

Sadly I give St Mike's a 50/50 shot of existing in 5 years. St Michael's has an endowment of $85MM comparable to Manhattan, Lasalle, or Fairleigh Dickinson. So, at least it's not down to its last few pennies.

Sadly I give St Mike's a 50/50 shot of existing in 5 years. While it’s situation could be better, there is no way it will be gone in 5 years. Here are the admissions stats www.smcvt.edu/admissions/apply/admission-process.aspxThey are attracting good kids. The acceptance rate is too high, around 80% but it’s not going to be closing it’s doors Congrats to Coach Eaton on his new gig.

There will be a lot of other schools that close before St. Mike’s does.

Shrinking population in the state. Shrinking Catholic population in their demo. Little financial resources. Not a great way forward.

VT's population isn't shrinking. It's rising, just well below the national average.

#1 state for St Mike's students is Mass.
