I think HC will upload the Ch. 3 broadcast (in living color low def.) onto the PLN. I believe that is what has happened before, the Ch3 broadcast ( with excellent announcers who add HC historical factoids and anecdotes) has been the PLN broadcast of the game. How PLN and Stadium interact now and whether all PLN games are automatically available on Stadium, I don't know, but HC-Colgate is the matchup between the pre-season 1 & 2 rated teams so I hope the rest of the league can watch.

HC uses TV3's feed for internet when they are there. Has been in HD for a few years now.

This is about Stadium at the OTA network, not the streaming service. All of the games are streamed via the PLN on Stadium, but the ones produced and aired OTA on Stadium, the Sinclair station, are the ones listed in the article. List of OTA Markets: s23455.pcdn.co/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/STADIUM-OTA-CHANNELS2-11-19.pdfAlso on some streaming services and free on PlutoTV.

I believe Syracuse game will be on the new ACC Network. Don't quote me though...

Syracuse game should be on ACC Network. A handful of the ACC vs FCS games in the early going (i.e. Richmond-BC) are relegated to "ACC Network Extra" which is online only. However, there are only seven games involving ACC teams that weekend, two of which are on the road which means that they are not part of the ACC TV package. That leaves five games, two of which will likely appear on ABC and ESPN(2), most likely Clemson-UNC and NC State-FSU. That leaves Delaware-Pitt, Holy Cross-Syracuse, and Wake-BC. I would assume they would put Wake-BC in Primetime which would leave the early and late afternoon windows for Delaware-Pitt and Holy Cross-Syracuse. With Cuse expected to be the better team than Pitt, I would bank on a late afternoon start.
