They haven't exactly played a murderer's row (typically) so far. Their Brown score is somewhat deceptive...more like 42-21 as Brown stumbled a lot in the red zone.

Uniform combo for tomorrow --- I'm planning on celebrating a victory on sun splashed Fitton Field, not attending a funeral. How does black keep getting chosen? Don't people realize how attractive and welcoming brilliant royal purple and white on bright green grass against peak fall colors (if all the leaves on the trees didn't blow off this week) looks? Oh well, we're only old once. Today's youth can complain when they get older.

Black is for the Crimson funeral on Fitton tomorrow afternoon.
It is the least we can do to show respect to our guests from Cambridge for their wake and services. 😎
I may be old, but I really enjoy the different color combinations that teams now display on the field. During the year, I spend time in The state of Oregon, and I get a kick out of the uniforms that the Ducks wear. If you ever are out west, and find yourself in Eugene, you should stop by the football complex next to Autzen stadium. Phil Knight is heavily invested.

Black is the consumer's preferred color. When I was in the consumer goods business and we tested new packaging for an existing brand or introductory packaging for a new brand, we knew the winner (i.e. highest rated by consumers) would always be the package/label/logo with black.
