Disappointing loss. We have lots of ways to score, not much else at this point.

Could be a long year coming up for this team. We'll hope and see what happens.

Holy Cross shot 46% from the field, took 40% of FGA from three. Excellent free-throw rate (46%) and success (80%, 21-26).
Fair DR (72%), poor OR (18%)

Final 83-87. We may see a lot of scores like this one throughout the year. Wade appears to have had a good game, but I did not see any more than the stats.

A question for those who were at this game. Did HC look better overall than they did in their first game?
HC outfrebounded 83-87. (6-11 on the offensive glass)

I can’t believe we lost to Lafayette and UNH today Great effort today Holy Cross. Your kids played hard and fought for 40 minutes. Nice to see UNH lead wire to wire best of luck to your team this season.

Thought we would have had two wins today. Instead two losses but really we are no better than Laf and UNH . Typical of what we have been and are now. Just not good in any sport across the board. It is what it is. Enjoy the games and support the kids and school. They are trying best they can.

Our football team is much better than it played today and, yes, I know “you are what your record says you are”.

I suggested Herrion for the job 4 times over the last 25 years and all you Crossport geniuses said he “has a losing record!”
He makes chicken salad out of chicken #@*&$~! every year.: and he beats us!!!

That’s not a negative re:Nelson. I really like the hire
But Herrion instead of the last two would have been GREAT

Really trying to sort out the lack of minutes for Faw vs Md and a DNP today HC could have used a big body against Guadarrama He did not even start against Curry.

verbeek looked good today and against maryland in foul-limited minutes, but i also wonder if faw might have been able to help against guadarrama today. another big body couldn't have hurt.
that said, i think nelson has used the rotation well in the first two games.
wade looked great today. silky smooth stroke and he had a few other 3's that just rimmed out. the freshman class is very encouraging, as lowder, pridgen, wade, and reilly have all looked good thus far.
