Well, the ladies did put on a great game against B1G 10 opponent, Illinois. Now on to the Eagles.
Massey makes BC an 8 point favorite (75-67) with a 75% chance for the win.
BC has defeated MA Lowell (78-46) and St Francis NY (106-69) so their opponents have not been as good as Illinois (no debate there). They are rated #91 by massey (compared to HC's #214).
I will try to post their lineup info later today.

BC has legitimate depth but, unlike some past seasons, not a lot of overpowering height. Here is their game preview from their site:
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College will hit the road for the first time this season as the Eagles play at Holy Cross on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at the Hart Center (7 p.m.). The game is scheduled to air on NESN Plus. This will be the 40th meeting between Boston College and Holy Cross. BC is coming off a 106-69 victory over St. Francis of Brooklyn on Sunday. Five players notched double figures including a team-high 24 points from sophomore Taylor Soule. BC shot 50 percent from the floor in the game and dominated St. Francis on the boards, 55-29. In the season opener, Holy Cross lost in overtime at Illinois, 78-75, despite a 22-point, 21-rebound performance from senior Lauren Manis.

Ezemma should shine under the boards against players her own height and hopefully put a few in off the glass. Manis should be motivated as she is a local girl and Swords can gain bragging rights with her cousin Carolyn (the one that got away) Swords, BC '11, and the daughter of the late Brian Swords, HC '74.

6-0 Cross. Should be happy, but BC can't buy a basket so if they settle down they will have their chances.

Sloppy play on both sides, but good defense and hustle by HC. BC did not have a point for the first 4 1/2 minutes. HC now up 8-1.

OK, Manis making me look bad. 5 straight by Lauren makes it HC 22-12.

HC up 33-29 at the half. BC getting too many offensive rebounds.

A decent number of students have wandered in, cheerleaders and dance team present and accounted for and sensibly not risking injury with dramatic moves on the floor. But no band. I didn't notice them at the men's home opener either. Perhaps they are taking one season at a time and will reappear after the FB games are over?

Are you and I the only ones watching? We are offensively challenged but so is BC.

HC had musicians at the home opener (not the full band), but no shots (or sounds) of the band dance. Disappointing.

Nice video features at halftime on the PLN. Good to see our talented multi-media staffers producing quality pieces. Liked the one about the little tyke who survived cancer being added to the baseball roster and getting his own baseball card.

I am sure there are some watching, but the team is not looking as sharp as they did at times against Illinois. Let's see what the second half brings, since HC does make adjustments and, at.present, no HC player has more than 2 personal fouls.

BC is getting ruffled. We like to knock the PL and AHA, but BC WBB has never had a winning conference record in the ACC and have only made one NCAA appearance since joining in 2006. Based on tonight's game, their Power Conference membership has not enabled them to recruit any world beaters. Megan is dominating underneath against the smaller Eagles.

HC could have gone up 12, but BC cuts the lead to 5 (time out for HC). HC up 46-41 at 4:56 on the 3rd Q..

BC has most of the players that let them pound HC last season. This HC is a different club.

Avery is so small that if she even gets breathed on the refs call a foul. Plus that last feed to Megan was right out of "Purple Reign". HC recreating the "Fancy Pants AC" with Avery's passing.
