Agh, that's a back-breaker at the half.

Well - we always say we are a second half team. Need 3 td’s and some serious defense.

Wish we had a score board like Monmouth. Nice to see the passing and rushing yards for each team.

Their QB is basically immobile now. We need to exploit that somehow.

Monmouth QB is hobbled. Expect a very large dose of Guerrero in the second half.

Here's an idea...need 1 yard, put in Cozier and Oliver that way it wont be obvious who will get it

This is / was a winnable game.
A TD drive by Considine to begin the 2nd half would sure make things interesting.
With Monmouth’s QB playing basically on one leg, seems like we can stack the box and contain Guerreiro that way.
I think it’s fair to question Chesney for flip-flopping QBs on the first four drives to start the game. Didn’t allow for any offensive flow at all. If he had that short of a leash for Degenhardt, just start Considine from the get-go.

We've actually played pretty well in most phases, save the passing game - I'm ok with Degenhardt being pulled - he's been a very low pct passer all year Agree that the announcers are very good and the color guy has some 'on target' insights

Never give up!

Considine can make more things happen in the passing game. Given the score, i expect Considine to play the second half.

Wish we had a score board like Monmouth. Nice to see the passing and rushing yards for each team. As a general rule, yes. Today, no. Produce dominant winning teams and then worry about externalities.

Perhaps, but unfortunately game manager Degenhardt didn’t protect the football at all. Monmouth has 16 points off of HC turnovers. We might be looking at a 14-17 or 17-7 game at halftime if we simply take care of the football. I don’t think the game is out of reach just yet. Points on the opening drive are an absolute must.

You need to have the minute details to show the recruits and win the recruiting battle. The Luth was an excellent step. Fitton needs to be addressed in the next 3 years.

Why did it take the coaching staff three months to figure out Kortebein could return kicks?

No Tenio hurts.
This should become the Cozier Mountain Gilliam show.

No Tenio hurts. This should become the Cozier Mountain Gilliam show. Deep shots to Asante, too. He’s clearly more comfortable in the flat and on the outside than over the middle.
