Massey makes Bucknell a 3 point favorite (66-63) with a 56% chance for the win at the Hart.
The Bison are currently 10-4 (3-0 in the PL) and are tied with Holy Cross (3-0) in the Patriot League. They have lost to Virginia, Quinnipiac, Temple, and Stony Brook (2 OT). They have defeated Monmouth, St. Bonaventure, Howard, Cincinnati, Drexel, George Mason, St Francis (NY), and (in the PL) Army, Lafayette and Navy. They are. on a three game winning streak, having won 8 of their last 9 games. It appears that Holy Cross may have their hands full.

Bucknell had no trouble with navy in Annapolis, winning 61-34 tonight - Saturday’s game will be a test for us

I hope Faulkner can go against the Bison. If Bucknell is able to get our starting front court in foul trouble the game could be over early.

The three tallest returning players for next year are Demski, Murphy and Petro at 6'3", 6'1" and 6'1" and they have scored a total of four points this season. If the Bucknell game is a blow out it would be nice for Murphy and Petro to get some minutes in the second half.

She did, less than a minute I think. First action since early in the season I think.

So that is Demski, Faulkner, Murphy and Petro with injury issues to some extent. They are all 5'11" and above. Thank God HC is leading the country in three point shooting. That's our ace in the hole.

Bucky 13-11 at end of quarter. HC feeding Swords but she has missed two of last three bunnies underneath. Once she has position and the ball underneath she should be able to be a little more deliberate to attain either a bucket or a foul or both at a good percentage. Looks like she might be rushing up a shot rather than employing a few Kevin McHale gyrations first. Maybe she can't really do that.
Ezemma now 1,000% 3 pt. shooter on the season.

Swords has rushed layups for her entire career - this year less frequently but she’s facing similar 6’3” bigs in this game - hope she settles down

Swords has rushed layups for her entire career - this year less frequently but she’s facing similar 6’3” bigs in this game - hope she settles down She's still been effective defensively but she probably has the opportunity to generate a few more free throws. Nine point deficit at the half with Manis held out much of the second quarter with two fouls. Still very winnable if Lauren plays the whole second half and the 3-ball touch returns.

Game is no worse than tied if HC makes layups. Sword not the only one missing.

Not alert play by HC with Bucknell simply taking it away more than once from HC players.

Avery down on the court as NESN goes to commercial. She got squashed by Ellie Mack and foul called on her. Hope she's alright.
