BPC might be an international player but she went to Marianapolis Prep which is in Thompson, CT. She did, but only for a Prep year - HS was in the Old Sod Brings up the question of the mechanics of her recruitment. I remember you saying she was an AM recruit, not a BG or MM recruit. But I wonder if Ann had contacts in Ireland or if the first recruiting contact was when BPC was at Marianapolis? Setting up some kind of recruiting network in Catholic countries might be one way to turn the school name into an asset. But I don't know how Catholic any country is these days.

With a physical advantage at every position I would have hoped we’d shoot better than 48 pct from the field and 32 pct from 3 - hard to know if this game helps us or not

The coaching staff should design some plays to feed her the ball cutting to the basket when the interior defense has been lured a few steps away.

In part, because of the timing of her offer, Nov or Dec & I think she committed in Dec., I would guess it like started here. She was underrecruited, only one other known offer - Merrimack, if memory serves.

Do prep schools like Marianapolis give full or partial athletic scholarships?

Was that Chris Rojik's daughter playing for CC? Says she's from Scituate, MA, and he came from around there. Can't tell from her CC bio.
