Down 37-27 after 3. Defense looks good but tonight, no Crusader is hitting. Unless shots start falling, 10 points looks too large to make up.

We're averaging nine points per quarter, so yes seemingly too much. But these players hustle, so we'll see.

Seems like this game is slipping away, difficult to watch HC's inability all night to manufacture any kind of offense. Ball just won't go in AU 45-30 with 5+ to go. Defense still pretty stout

1 for 19 beyond the arc? Are you kidding me?

Down 13, five minutes to go. How about preventing AU from burning clock with pressure up to and including fouling starting now. My sense is many coaches wait too long.

We need our microwave McCormack back in.

Get it back to 10, 47-37, but not enough time to pull this one out

HC lets AU use the whole shot clock before they give up a lay up as the game slips away.

Apparently Berger's put back at the buzzer didn't count?

Final 52-39. Got to forget this offensive stink bomb pretty quickly.

Nope. Buzzer definitely went off before the shot.
Again, defense wasn't bad but the offense was terrible. Even Avery missed at least 2 free throws after having missed only 1 the entire season. Can't count how many lay-ups were missed. But, while not blaming refs, they were terrible.

Refs were terrible and the color analyst kept reveling in them becoming a factor in the game by not calling fouls. They must have heard her because they finally found their whistles.
To feel good about: Avery has another double/double. McCormack appears healthy. Demski didn't splinter her leg when she went down awkwardly.

It's difficult to win on the road. I don't disagree, but you've got to make your layup, or at least most of them & if going to take 19 3s, got to make more that 1. This was a road game they could have stolen. Good news, they played hard tough D right to the buzzer.

Missed the game video but it looks like we played offense like our men’s team does - 39 pts is very disappointing and a good team is going to make sure that doesn’t happen again, home ‘or away’

Most games, you can't say that about the men; they struggle to get off good shots, let alone make them.

After having high hopes after the Lehigh game, it was painful to see.......shot after shot missed that would have changed the game. 1 for 19 for the 3, ouch. Encouraging was to see the continued rebounding effort 40-36.

Billy would have blown a fuse after a couple of the non-calls in the first half. Most of the women's games are called a lot tighter than that game was (which is, I assume, the way they WANT the game called), best you can say about last night's zebras.

When your best player (by a wide margin) takes over 25% of your shots but only hits 36% of them, things do not augur well.

A couple of Petro lay up attempts were painful. McCormack is more sure handed but ten inches shorter. No easy job coaching a low major. Still in the hunt at 2-1. Would love to give BU a comeuppance when we play them.
