Increasingly, this is what you're seeing across D1, a separate room for video review. It's much more productive doing video work this way, in a classroom setting, rather than in the locker room where players are easily distracted. Gotta believe it's shared by the m/w programs. Merrimack may not have a big rink, but it has good hockey facilities. UMass now has this. And that's the (relative) bottom of HE. As much as I want to see it happen, I hate for the HC men to go into HE and not have a plan for upgrading what if offers recruits. I'm not talking Taj Mahal, just the basics like a suitable locker room, video room, stretching area, the latter two of which can be shared with the women's program.

This room is part of new Hart space. As is the type of weight room, sports med etc that bigger schools have.

According to the plans, there will be a large meeting room than can accommodate the entire football team next to the video room in the LAC.

On the west side of the current (renovated) Hart rink, from north to south, there is:
* a skate sharpening room (185 sq ft) * a video room (338 sq ft) seats 23 * men's wet core / showers (about 350 sq ft) * men's locker room (335 sq ft) * room, unspecified use (138 sq ft) * coaches lockers (about same size as unspecified use room) * visitors lockers (335 sq ft) * visitors wet core / showers (about 350 sq ft) * visitors lockers (306 sq ft) * glass room (185 sq ft) plus over 550 sq ft of storage
The offices for the men's and women's coaches and the women's locker room and wet core are on the east side of the rink.
