Good news — we might have found our PG. I've been feeling that way for several games, Wills to my eyes has a calm and confidence that is rare in freshmen.

Do not know if this has been written, but great to have two HC wins in hoops and hockey on simultaneous screens And three if you count the earlier women’s win,

Beats losing.
Was nice to see multiple guys at least try to get to the rim. And wasn't Nugent's big 3 a result of some dribble penetration?

AJ was outstanding today. He settle’s everything down and gets the team into the offense. Plus he can make his own shot and finish. Plus he is doing a good, not great, job on D. He gets my vote as our PG..

Back from my trip to the Lehigh Valley. Got my money's worth ($9 for a ticket which included a Bethlehem entertainment tax). With no students around, it was a rather subdued atmosphere at Stabler. There was a smattering of HC fans there behind the bench. Just a terrific come back win by the Cross after a dismal start. I was really impressed with CK's game on both ends of the court. As one Lehigh fan sitting behind us said, "Number 33 is definitely the best player on the floor." Not sure if it was clear on the ESPN+ broadcast, but Bo was wearing a sleeve on his elbow. He seemed to move just fine. I also noticed DP put him in the key situations. AJ does indeed look like the point guard of the future. Hopefully he will grow and beef up a bit. Ryan has a nice jump hook, but needs to hit the weight room as does Nugent. He has beautiful stroke from beyond the arc. When was the last time HC football and men's hoops won at Lehigh in the same academic year?

All wins are great at this point. At times the offense had some fluidity, sometimes just from executing basic things like the pick and roll. Kenny was great. Playing the freshmen this much is going to pay dividends down the road.

Congrats to the guys ! Big corner 3 from Nugent and so many plays made by our frosh - also Kenney is very solid and plays so hard on the inside despite being undersized Next two at home vs Laf and Loyola Nugent seems more effective shooting 3’s from the deep corners. Made one from each side last night at crucial moments.

Wills' steal at midcourt and drive for a floater near the end of the first half reminded me of a play by Torey Thomas. In the NIT game against St Joes a loose ball was bouncing towards the sideline at midcourt, right near the announcing team. Seemingly out of nowhere, Torey swooped in, saved the ball, and a few strides later was completing a layup. In both plays those guys were persistent and hustled above and beyond to make a positive play happen.

AJ has swagger, perhaps the confidence from his acting career, that is very important for this team.

Down tne road he may have more fans seeking autographs for his hoop moves than for his movies...hopefully there are both.

On the Ken Pom measures--that was our lowest TO% game of the year, the best defensive efficiency game other than Elms, and best effective FG% defense of the year.

Not sure if it was clear on the ESPN+ broadcast, but Bo was wearing a sleeve on his elbow. He seemed to move just fine. I also noticed DP put him in the key situations. In post game comments, Coach Paulsen mentioned that Montgomery was on limited minutes coming off his injury. If you're on limited minutes, but want the kid on the court, it seems logical to me to really focus on key situations.

Lot more fun learning from your mistakes when you win!
Obviously, no one liked AJ fouling a guy shooting a 3 when up 4 points. But, to his credit, he still wanted the ball next possession and hit a big shot.

If there are highlights, could someone post them? Did not see any on HC website. Onward and upward for the Cross.

WBB wins v. Lehigh MBB wins v. Lehigh Men's hockey wins at Army A good day, yes? And Jalen Coker makes the Catch of the Day in the nationally televised Hulu Bowl. When he made the catch, the announcer called him “The Holy Cross Kid.”
