No effect whatsoever since Worc and Bos are separate DMA's as far as the FCC is concerned.
Entercom (WEEI's parent ownership) will have to unload one of it's FM stations in the Boston DMA (most likely the newly launched 97.9 WKAF urban music station). CBS Radio has no stations in the Worcester DMA, and Entercom has only WEEI 1440AM. WEEI (ESPN Radio) 850 AM in is in the Boston DMA so it's not an either/or with 1440AM.
Entercom's CEO will remain in this position post merger and Entercom will nominate 5 to the Board of Directors to CBS' 4.
