Maybe I'll see that exhibit during my vacation this summah.
Most of the potato farms from back in Yaz' youth are wineries or McMansions.

Who can remember the narrator of that album?
The key call was the "Yastrzemski dives and makes a TREMENDOUS catch"..,,

Ken Coleman made that call.. Billy Rohr, a 19 year old making his first career start for Boston, in Yankee Stadium. Close to a no hitter, broken up by Elston Howard in the 9th..

And His name was a Final Jeopardy question after the '67 season..Spell Yastrzemski.. Then one August night, the kid in right, lay sprawling in the dirt. The fastball struck him square, he's down....is Tony badly hurt? The doctors say, he'll be ok, but he won't be back this year. If Tony's through, what will we do, who'll carry us from here? "Here's the pitch to Yastrzemski.....and there's a long drive to deep right...."

Another highlight of that summer was Jose ("with a weak arm") Tartabull throwing the "speedy" Ken Berry out at the plate on a shallow fly to right to save a game at Chicago with 2 outs in the 9th. The throw looked like a Robert Champion 3 pointer, coming from about 50 feet or so from the edge of the infield.

I believe the singer of the Yaz song ("our Boston team is really on the beam cause we've got Yaz") was Jess Cain
