This is an outstanding idea. Fans should really appreciate being asked their opinions and the college should take the responses very seriously.

Why isn't there a FOOTBALL survey?

Why isn't there a FOOTBALL survey? Out of curiosity when was the last time you attended a home football game?

Why isn't there a FOOTBALL survey? Rather than asking us where's the FB survey, why don't bust a call or email to NP.

How to get me to more games or some such? Better product on the floor.

Definitely a few more things that could be focused on w/a football survey.

hcgrad94- Hey young man. I attended games at Fitton when we'd get splinters in our *ss from the wooden stands. I attended innumerable games at Fitton over the years. Now I view them all via Internet streaming. The remarkable thing is that many of the shortcomings have remained unchanged and unimproved for decades. Your question is irrelevant.

Maybe it was just a new idea. A little late to be running a survey of your experience at a football game, but they're planning on doing it next year.
Also, the whole survey is about the experience in a new building. Could you find stuff? How were the concessions? Did you visit the team store. To some degree they're getting feedback on something new. If that's the motivation, not much need for football because there was not much new this year

Actually quite relevant as the game day Fan Experience has been upgraded significantly but you haven't been to a game in years so you wouldn't know that.

Even the survey doesn't work. Said I didn't attend a game last season and get a whole page of questions about how I bought tickets...

Even the survey doesn't work. Said I didn't attend a game last season and get a whole page of questions about how I bought tickets... And now a bunch of questions about where I sat and what I saw/liked.... the thing is labeling me as a "single game buyer" or something like that. I just said I didn't attend a game last season. The survey itself shows just how flat on its face this College can fall regarding athletics.

My favorite is the list of reasons I bought tickets. The choice "to see Holy Cross play" is not even on the list!!!

If it was about game-day experience, the survey should have ended after I said I attended zero games, as opposed to asking me what I liked about my ticket sales rep, how easy it was to buy tickets, and if I liked my seat.
"Did you eat hamburgers?"
"No, I'm a vegetarian."
"How do you like your hamburger cooked?" "Do you put mustard or mayonnaise on your hamburger?" "How easy was it to buy a hamburger?" "What made you want to buy a hamburger?" "Would you recommend this hamburger to a friend?"
"Uh?..."

Where you get info about HC athletics? Crossports That is a legitimate choice to those of us who show up here...it could have been a worthwhile addition.

Even the survey doesn't work. Said I didn't attend a game last season and get a whole page of questions about how I bought tickets... Ok so there was no "logic" built into the survey. It seems there was an assumption that if you're a fan that you probably attended a game, if not, why take the survey? I got an email about the survey and fan experience, so clearly I would have passed if I didn't attend a game

The fact that they trotted out the survey in a month beginning with the letter A tells me everything I need to know. Truly disgusting.

It's a survey about the experience of attending a game at Hart. Would it be better if someone answers "no" to the attendance question that the survey ended? Probably. I'm not familiar with surveymonkey software so that may or may not be an option. To me, the whole survey wasn't that big a deal - positive or negative

Even the survey doesn't work. Said I didn't attend a game last season and get a whole page of questions about how I bought tickets... Agreed. The survey was a nice PR move, but poorly executed and will not provide much (if any) actionable information due to the way it is formatted and the structure of the questions.

Whoever is in charge at HC of monitoring this outsourced survey software didn't adequately review it prior to release. Again, laziness.
