Kimball might be a logical spot. Similar to what they did for Lockbaum's 30 for 30 short

Well Done....sad that it couldn't have gotten done decades ago.
That brief clip of the team on the Ed Sullivan Show was a never before seen for me.

Yes. I remember a lot of things at that age. Already posted a memory of the Fieldhouse tour with Fr. Hart. My Dad [HC '42] was HC alum (went to Brooklyn Prep for high school, ever hear of it? ) and the first songs I ever knew were all the Holy Cross songs that my Dad sang to us frequently. We watched Ed Sullivan religiously (sorry, perhaps the wrong word to use) and we watched this one which was of special interest for my father. I even can tell you exactly where I was years later when the Beatles were on Sullivan's show (my aunt and uncle's [HC'43] house). I recall it so well because at the time I was very patriotic and against the British invasion but my year older than me girl cousin was nuts about them. Yeah, I grew to appreciate them.

I watched Brooklyn Prep paste Bergen Catholic in my sophomore year. Folks openly wondered if BC would EVER be that good.

I also was at that game. Brooklyn Prep had a terrific backfield—Billy Camera, Bobby Esposito, John Whelan(at HC for a semester or so), and John Dockery (Harvard, NY Jets Super Bowl champs-1969) We were undefeated for 2 years.

Just returned from the showing. In spite of a dreadful night, there was a packed house. The audience was enthralled for the length of the film. The trailer was good. The full film was extraordinary. Togo’s daughter Maryann, Wally Szerbiak, Tom Konchalski and many others from the Metro hoops world were there. The film and its producers and director received a standing ovation at the end. The game footage of not only the ‘46 and ‘54 teams was wonderful. The interviews with the players were insightful and humorous. As usual, Togo stood out. Those in the Boston area. Tomorrow(Tuesday) night it will be shown there. Some of the players featured are scheduled to attend. I hope to find out the location and time, and will post if I receive it.

Nice clip Thanks for the post gks Those there were fortunate to have Tommy, Togo and Father Earl all there. Each play prominent roles in the film I strongly recommend that all Crusaders and hoop fans in that area tune in on Sunday
