Are you serious? this would go down with the Albany game as worst loss ever I was - it got called back.

Let's face it, we have pretty much been outplayed tonight. Actually pretty even game except that they are killing us in the third phase - special teams. Really poor showing on ST blocked FG, blocked extra point, fumbles punt returns and poor coverage on KO.

So they had 2 kicks blocked....thought xps and fgs were not an issue this year. Daggummit. At least punts and kickoffs won't kill us in the ot

I'll say it now so it doesn't sound like a second guess. If HC gets a TD go for two. Defense cooked, kicking game suspect. Go for the win.

...and that's exactly what happened. TG went for two and they failed.

Back to the future ..... Worse loss than Wagner and Albany. Never thought we could suffer worse losses. Tonight we did. Totally unbelievable. Cannot convert a PAT with :03 left. We have good players but we just cannot win games.

We should have kicked it and trusted the process. Dartmouth had nothing to lose. We did. Nonetheless credit to Dartmouth who outplayed us most of the game

Trust that you will then follow that up with another touchdown AND stop the other guys after that? No thanks. We agree to disagree.

Very tough loss to swallow.
I respect TG choice to go for it but let’s be honest - there is zero excuse for a blocked PAT to win the game.
The loss is on the players.
I’m optimistic about this team, we ran the ball well and played pretty well on defense.
Glad this was a out of conference game. I hope we learn from mistakes and come back better on special teams next week

Major disappointment that the offense can only score 14 points in 59 minutes. It's one thing to pour it on UNH when the game's out of hand, but we should be much sharper than this.
Love the decision by Gilmore to go for 2. If we can't execute an extra point or score from 3 yards out, we don't deserve to win.
Now let's go pound Lafayette next week and run the table in the PL

The reason is that your chance of winning when getting the ball first is at best 45%. That would apply to HC if the game advanced to a second OT. Chance of winning when going for two is about 50%.
