I was at the game and while I have seen this call made a few times in other games and this game was being shown, I think, on ESPN3, the quick timing of the call seemed to me that there was no review at all. Whenever I have seen it before, there was always an obvious review. And, yes, it was the 2nd quarter of the game.
I know Crucis was at the game and may have a better recollection than I do but it struck me that the implementation of the ejection happened too quickly to have been reviewed. I suppose a lawyer could argue that being "reviewable" does not mean it is mandatory to review. In any case, the bottom fell out after McBeath's ejection as the game went from 10-0 to 17-0 on that possession and you could feel the air go out of the defense which had played very well up to that point. The offense was bad from the opening kickoff and the defense has a legitimate case to sue for non-support.

It wasn't reviewed...I believe the announcers on the Ivy League Network (ESPN3 carried their feed) said that games on the ILN don't have review capability or something to that effect.

I'm not sure about the thrashing. I have a feeling the players are looking forward to this game. Perhaps the handcuffs are off and they can finally let loose.HC wins 28-17. A thrashing it was........unfortunately

I do have a funny feeling we're going to win this week. No feelings on future weeks yet. Going to stick to my day job.

I do have a funny feeling we're going to win this week. No feelings on future weeks yet. Going to stick to my day job. Just like I had a feeling we were going to beat Yale. Even told my Dad in the stands prior to kickoff that I thought our experienced and talented offense would finally come alive and that TG would have the team motivated to play a very strong Ivy team. I predicted we would win 38-27. And two hours later, I fell asleep in while at a live sporting event for the first time in my life, nodding off several times during the fourth quarter.

I fell asleep at a Knicks game and my two sons were appalled. However, it was an NBA game and that's my excuse (plus putting in long hours at work and the drive into the city from LI).
