Sharp teamwork at times, sloppy at others. Tied with 35 rebounds for each team. HC shot 41% from beyond the arc and over 80% from the line

Hard pressed to find much wrong with HC today. But for the sloppy last min of the first half and the opening 4 or 5 of the 3rd qtr they look very good.

A promising start to the OOC schedule and a nice bounce back win.. It will be interesting how the mins / player change as the injured return. So far, the 4 guard line-up seems to working out OK. At the moment, seems to be going 9 deep.

Rider 6th in MAAC preseason, so good win. Marist was 2nd, Q 1st Before you get too excited, remember that HC has won al three games played against Rider and none of the three was close (2 at Rider). The Broncs wee 22-9 last season, but they lost some talented players to graduation. This is a young team with two stars who got pre-season league honors. Still, HC looked MUCH better than we did in the last game.
