Has Carmody been moonlighting as ladies assistant coach specializing in rebounding?

ladies' program once again not generating much interest. maybe beating BC at the Hart on wednesday will help. they are terrible as their best player transferred out over the summer and they're now 3-5 after losing at home today to a mediocre fairfield team (with a 3-5 record after today) by 8. once again we're looking for scoring from someone not named Manis or Thomas-Waheed.

I shot the BC and Fordham game...BC nearly blew a 12 point lead in the final minute as Fordham started putting a full court press on them. I think that has to be your strategy on Wednesday against BC.

We’ll take a win against anyone right now. A BC win would be icing on the cake but I wouldn’t bet the house on it, Both of our teams are struggling.

ladies' program once again not generating much interest. They are not drawing the 1,500 - 2,000 at the Hart that they did in the Glory Days, but still managing somewhere around 1,000. Last year, the team drew an average of 1,049 at home, best in the PL.

Where have they been given a pass? It certainly has not been the case on CROSSPORTS from what I have read.

Time for a new coach, BG has been there much to long. Too long...perhaps. But he deserves to reach win #600.

Unless things have changed since when I was a ladies basketball season ticket holder, one thing that BG has done head and shoulders over his men's team counterpart is his ability to get the local Worcester people to his games. RW had the late, great Neil Fingleton as a drawer to pack the Hart but BG has them coming w/o any Worcester players. BIll knows the locals being one himself; has a lot of promotions for the local schools; and his players seem to be well involved in the community.
If if it ever becomes necessary to force BG out to pasture, the locals probably won't take it too well. Better he retire or move on voluntarily but doubtful he would leave the Worcester community.

well, he can be a 'community organizer' after his coaching days are over. if anyone believes the 'announced' crowds for these games are accurate, then I want what you're having. you can figure half if you count the fannies in the seats.
