I am 35 and I am pretty impressed with Crossports' abilities on Twitter. I guess I have a lot more appreciation and respect for recruiters that can spend hours and hours on Instagram and Twitter with high school kids. #grind
Who makes all the "commitment" graphics? The kids? Our coaching staff?

The sports marketing department I believe. Not to mention the coaches have to deal with kids who verbally commit, then the next day or week post another offer from another school. Or, have a kid verbally commit, but yet want to post his commitment a week later, just because.
