USF led by one of the most aptly named point guards in college hoops annals, Frankie Ferrari...Happy Turkey Day everyone!

their former gym was a parking nightmare. Also you had to go up at least three flights of stairs to get to the place I’ve been to 3 games there in the past few years, but I don’t recall any flights of stairs. Pretty sure the court’s at ground level. But, I do have a slightly erratic memory. They are not talking about Lavietes, but the gym before Lavietes. Lavietes is on level ground. A somewhat secret parking area was/is? to snake around west of the hockey rink, and park inside the fence next to Soldiers Field Rd. This area can clearly be seen using Google satellite. I don't know whether reconstruction of the stadium might interfere with accessing this area.

I know it's a middle of the week "school night" but roll call of attendees? We've had some pretty good results against Harvard the last few years. Can we do it again?
Planning to be there tonight and heard 45 and NAD going. Anyone else?

There’s a pretty good sized lot with an entrance off N Harvard Ave near football stadium. Just folllow the attendants to a parking spot. I don’t renmember it being too expensive ($5-$10). I usually try to beat the crowd out the door after the game, as I get the feeling it could be congested when leaving. their former gym was a parking nightmare. Also you had to go up at least three flights of stairs to get to the place I think you're talking about the multi story building on the north side of the Charles adjacent to Kirkland and Quincy Houses known as the Indoor Athletic Building during my time in Cambridge, yea, all those many years ago.

Massey has Harvard as an 8 point favorite (67-59) with a 74% chance for the win. I hope we get to see yet another "upset."

Harvard's two top scorers from last season (Towns and Aiken) are injured and not expected to play. They accounted for 37 of 69 Harvard's points against HC last year. Thought about attending but it's a 2+ hour drive for me and it's on ESPN+.

Parking at Business School and making short 5 minute walk to gym. Depending on arrival time, might take 15 minute walk to Hahvahd Squah for a bite to eat

PURPLE, 45!!! Not “purple and white!”
Will be wearing my gray sweatshirt with the HC crest. Maybe wear my “from the good folks at Pepsi” (thanks, HC16😊) camouflaged free hat with the new and improved (he said, sarcastically) shield logo. Hey, it was “free,” if you don’t count the cost of the football season tickets, and when you are on a fixed income, free clothing is important! 😂

Thought about attending but it's a 2+ hour drive for me and it's on ESPN+. Aiken has not played in a very long time-he started 9 of the first 10 games last year but then must have gotten injured. Looks like he tried to come back after a few games but then has not played in the last 18 games. So, I'm guessing Harvard no longer counts on his services. Towns missed the last game of last season and has not played since then-he was a big scorer and outstanding three point shooter.

Yes, that's what it was called. The place was on some side street off of Mass. Ave. in Cambridge (as opposed to Lavietes, which is in Boston). Trying to direct someone back to the Mass. Pike that had never been there before was nigh impossible.

I will be in attendance with my dad, a classmate, and a high school friend (who went to BC but works in Harvard Square and always roots against Harvard).

I am shedding no tears for Amaker, or harvard with unlimited recruiting.

note that the four Harvard guys at the end of the bench had between 1590 and 1600 on their SATs. That is so the announcers can always shill for those frauds when they announce; "wow, Harvard guys can play, and their AVERAGE SAT's are xxxx!"
True story

Does Lavietes have better snacks than the Hart Center? (IIRC a few years ago there was some Harvard kid bitching about something HC didn't have in the press box and/or press table)

It was football. Harvard has renovated Lavietes, cut a few seats. New video screen. New foyer. The snacks are probably still a very limited offering.
