Does playing on less desirable nights help us get on TV at all?

IMHO, Winnng would be of more help than the day to get TV coverage.

no doubt--I just wondered if someone said--"hey, we have a Wednesday night 800 PM TV slot if you're willing to play that night"... Of course, this may all be arranged via the PL office

Some time slots may have a greater probability of getting picked but you are right that it might be done at the legue level (unless the team is Notre Dame).

This may be rehashing old news, but in looking at the schedule, there is only one home game on a Saturday all season!?!?!? We play Lehigh and Navy away on Saturdays so it can't be just a PL thing. The women's team plays 5 home games on saturdays. It is tough to take in a lot of games if you are driving a distance and can't take off Monday. Anyone know why this is? I think the league is usually Wed-Sat unless TV kicks in. Lehigh and American seem to have been moved for TV No clue why Bucknell is on Sunday Navy might have something to do with the holiday

The 5 Sunday games at midday makes my 4 hour round trip easier

I like the mid-day games too, just not on Sunday. I would much rather go to game, have dinner with friends, stay over, and have breakfast at Miss Worcester Diner. Once a year, we have a group of 30-40 people get together for a weekend mini-reunion around a basketball game. With folks coming in from as far as Chicago, Columbus, and DC, Saturday works much better than Sunday.

So is that the definition of Holy Cross "catching a break?" (no pun intended) An injury that may heal before the season starts and hopefully with no residual effect on his play.

Scrimmage chatter....Karl Charles out with a broken finger... Is that a 4 to 6 week outage? NBA players in recent years have generally missed anywhere from 2.5 to 6 weeks with "broken fingers". . . . Except for Kobe Bryant, who continued to play without missing a game.

I hope he is back for Harvard. I know a lot of people have that date circled and it should be a great atmosphere in Allston.
