Interesting opinion, SoV. Ironic that HC becomes Colgate's 20th season win (by 20 points).

Colgate shot 29-53 (54.7%) with 9 offensive rebounds.
That means they either made or rebounded 72% of their field goal attempts.
This Holy Cross system needs to be sent out to pasture.

Way too many turnovers........ 14 TOs tonight. HC is 1-7 in conference play when committing ten or more.
The ability to take care of the ball gets magnified in importance when the team defends and rebounds poorly, which it usually has done.

A real shame we have a president who is incompetent, a former athletic director who was incompetent and hired the current head coach, and have an interim athletic director who -- very likely -- is unable to make a move on the head coach.
Other than that, things are great!

How many of you will be able to get to Jehyve's senior night regular season finale at the Hart on Saturday? I hope he ends his regular season career with a bang.

I still think people go more off the deep end after a bad loss than after a good win. No, not fact, just opinion

Holy Cross rebound margin is now -250 on the season, or -8.3 per game. Worse in PL play where we're -159, -10/G.
Only HC team worse was the 2016-17 edition, which finished -273, -8.5/G, but better (-7.7) in conference. That club finished last in the country in total rebound percentage. Only Marshall is worse this year.

Well, we are back to .500, 15-15. Isn't that almost the definition of mediocre?

They just cannot make the big stop when they need it. The defense has been awful all year. Faw and Butler cannot get out to the three point shooters fast enough. Especially on the road. They have lost five games in the last ten seconds.

Mediocre overall, but it's been a Tale of Two Cities. The best of times (OOC) and the worst of times (PL). Too bad there isn't an OOC tournament with an automatic bid just for teams like us who can fool them once.

And wouldn’t you know it — Carmody and the guy who was his assistant for six years at Northwestern (Tavaras Hardy) are tied for last in the PL at 6-11.

Ivanauskas is a really good player too bad we don't have any connections at Northwestern that could have steered him our way. At this point Colgate looks like best team in the league.

He left Northwestern in April 2018 just before our signing of Verbeek and Hargis, apparently was hurt and didn't have to sit out a year.

My money is still on Bucknell. Bucknell shot .222 on threes and .370 on twos against Navy today and was outrebounded 46-33. Bison went from a 157 offensive efficiency when slaughtering Lafayette to an 81 today, an almost inconceivable decline.

I was only able to watch a bit of the first half, and was dismayed (but not really surprised) when I saw the final score. This morning, however, I am shocked to read that this was a two-possession game with eight and a half minutes to play. Are you kidding?? Down five at the 8:27 mark, and lose by twenty?!? Did we only have three players on the court?
Wow.

Anyone have any word on PB and extent of the injury? It looked like his knee was wrapped in ice after he went down.
