Garrett Johnson has received offers in the last day or so from Towson and Loyola of Chicago. G Johnson picks up an offer from College of Charleston. Garrett Johnson picks up an offer from the University of Richmond. I believe that makes 18.

Lucas Taylor got an offer from Xavier today, to add to the ones he's received this month from South Florida, Providence, Wake Forest, and Iona. Safe to say he's sailed.

He definitely does not look like your average high school junior. He looks like he spends some significant time in the weight room. If we get him and pair him up with Gates at forward, I think opponents will think twice before driving the lane.

Maxpreps lists him as a "SF" and a "PG" , interesting combination.
At guard, would be a Quinn Buckner type for sure.

Holy cow, looks like a bigger version of Billy Walker. Sign him up; then find a 6-8 version of him and lets wrap 2021 recruiting up.

Three of the five 2021 PGs we've offered (Smith, McMullen, and Edmonds) appear to have the size and skills to play the two as well. One of the five, Noah Harris of Rutgers Prep in N.J., received an offer from William & Mary. Now has 17 offers.

He looks like he could add another 20 lbs with a strength coach and be an edge rusher, perhaps at a pretty high level of D1.

Does it have to be "either - or?" Can't he decide to do both? If a scholarship athlete does both hoops and football - how is that scholarship counted again st the total allowed to each team?

Too much time on a rainy Saturday? It’s been the case for a long time that it doesn’t happen anymore in major sports - we all know that playing D.1 sports is a 12 month commitment to a particular sport - football and track has happened in the past quite regularly with football schollie athletes but Chesney has to give permission I would think

Didn't Mountain play hoops and football at HC? Of course he did. It is far less common, but still allowed. Should that happen again with someone else (not saying it will), how does his scholarship count against hoop and football scholarship numbers? ...and yes, clearly too much rainy Saturday time on my hands.

.833 on free throws!
Moeller's site is so well done that with the letter and team colors you may think you stumbled into the Michigan Wolverines athletics site.
