because we always like players whose first and last names are state capitals? I understand that the women's team is aggressively pursuing Augusta Charleston

When we were recruiting Riley Criswell, Austin Montgomery's mother would post about Riley and her son.

Montgomery was up here for a visit, but didn't receive an offer, iirc.

When we were recruiting Riley Criswell, Austin Montgomery's mother would post about Riley and her son. Thanks, I think I remember now. Her posts were most complimentary. I imagine that transferring to a D2 school (after so little playing time at Utah) he will be eligible to play right away.

Bballmomof5 hated on the hotel she stayed at in Worcester. She really liked Milan Brown and the staff. They visited at the same time as the kid who was rejected and went to penn instead.

I wish bballmomof5 would come back and talk about her son's HC recruitment. Terrible idea...just like the dummies that kept talking to her once she self-identified. Cheers.

I wish bballmomof5 would come back and talk about her son's HC recruitment. For what purpose other than to give you tingles all over from MB stories?

Dodge was Army's 14th man, so they can probably survive it. . The big transfer loss for a Service Academy team was Navy's Jace Hogan, who was essentially a starter this past year as a soph. Both Army and Navy will be hurting next season. May be picked for 9th and 10th in the preseason poll.

Army may have lost a higher percentage of its minutes and scoring than any PL team in many years

Army's seniors, with their many years playing together, will be impossible to replace. The new coach has his work cut out for him.

Army loses the following with 7 seniors, 5 starters, graduating:
67% of minutes played 64% of rebounds 69% of assists 75% of points scored
The numbers would have been even higher had not Plomb and Ferguson been injured for a few games

I have to imagine that those are tough numbers to see for any Army fans.

Army loses the following with 7 seniors, 5 starters, graduating: 67% of minutes played 64% of rebounds 69% of assists 75% of points scored The numbers would have been even higher had not Plomb and Ferguson been injured for a few games The only recent PL team I can think of that lost more was Colgate last year, having lost Sherman-Newsome, Jacobs, Roh, McMullen, Moore, Fenton, and one walk-on who rarely played, . They lost: 71.2% of minutes played 77.0% of points scored 77.4% of rebounds There was a big difference between that Colgate team and this year's Army team, however, in their ability to bounce back, i.e. having two solid transfers waiting in the wings - one from Bradley and one from JMU. Also had a good recruiting class that was likely better than what Army will have this upcoming season.

Thanks--nice addition to the discussion--really shows the challenge facing Army with no apparent relief in sight

"The 6-foot-10 forward’s exit opens up even more room for incoming freshman Kevin Marfo and Arnaldo Toro to get valuable time in the front court." Now there is positive spin for you. They even used the"elongator."
