Do we have any Wes Welker/Julian Edelman quick short pass plays that can open up both the run and longer passes? I'll settle for some Tom Ciaccio to Mark Gallagher ones!

At the start of the 4th quarter, Maine leads Colgate, 35-14.

Again, this is a very winnable game...hoping that we can wear them down (this is their first game and no scrimmage) seeing that we are in much better shape than they are!

Well, HC is 18 points closer than last year at this point.

I think it’s time to move on from “Spread ‘em and shred ‘em”.

You need to run five yards after hand-off to reach the line of scrimmage out of this shotgun. Another good special teams play. Is it being reviewed?

Place it on the 4...obvious Looked that way to me. What was the ref's call? I missed it.

Poor result of that review The ball crossed the goal line, therefore it’s a touchback.

Because of the Yale QB's threat to run, their offense just became less one dimensional than ours. Now we're behind and Yale doesn't have to respect our QB running threat.

3 defenders near the receiver and we still couldn't stop the TD... pass defense for years has not been good!

Best offense today has been our punter, Wilkerson.

I just don’t understand why we aren’t making in game adjustments to our offensive game plan. Very frustrating.
Defense looks pretty good

Five completions in seven drives on offense.
20 rushes for 34 yards.
While I think Degenhardt limits how creative we are able to get on offense, this is pretty pathetic.

The OC needed to go last year, what the heck does Chesney see in this guy? I think he’s way over his head at this level.

Very frustrating to watch... similar to NH game, hopefully we can some magic like we did in that game and win this thing!

Incredibly boring so far. It’s still a game though. Some kind of break, maybe a turnover, and hope remains.

This offensive game plan is inexcusable. The OC was the RB coach at Tufts prior to his current position.
