Yeah....sort of a meh year....some nice wins ovah the Ancient VIII but no real marquee win ovah an FBS or CAA school. The PL OOC schedules in general were fairly difficult this year, which is good to see.

Nice to know that we had, what looks to be, the most impressive OOC win of all the PL schools. Let's see how Penn performs the rest of the way though.

Yeah....sort of a meh year....some nice wins ovah the Ancient VIII but no real marquee win ovah an FBS or CAA school. The PL OOC schedules in general were fairly difficult this year, which is good to see. A stratification of programs has clearly emerged in PL football. There are 3 teams and then the rest. Underlying this stratification is the difference in recruiting, coaching and performance. It's pretty obvious to objective observers of the FCS and recruits that this trend is becoming entrenched. This year's recruiting results ( class of 2021 ) already confirm that this is becoming a self-fulfilling prophesy. The top 3 are already set. But the other PL teams who haven't gotten it together can still fantasize that they're in the mix via up-scheduling and other gimmicks. Nobody that matters seems fooled !

Links attached to each of these schools' sports boards provide much more accurate and up to date recruiting data: Harvard, Colgate and Fordham's 2021 recruiting classes are almost filled. But, recruiting is only part of the evidence. Credit H.C. though for an earnest effort.

If I have reviewed correctly, the PL has 14 OOC wins so far with one more chance when Bucknell plays Charleston Southern Lafayette: Central Conn Georgetown: Davidson, Marist, Columbia Holy Cross: Morgan State and HARVARD Bucknell: Marist Fordham: Eliz City State, Penn, Yale Colgate: Yale My forecast of 14 &1/2 wins is looking pretty good......... Is 14 the final win number? Looking forward to the PL Hoops projections, hoping the league moves forward this season
