I was there. Rabinovich played pretty well in the first half, but ended up guarding Micawber Etienne (Suffield's 4-star 2021) quite a bit, and couldn't handle him. Also got in trouble when he tried to jump out of the post to guard a smaller guy, and didn't recover back to his assignment. Fouled out. Rebounded very well, I thought. Offensively, he stayed in and around the paint much more often than last time I saw him, and scored in a variety of ways - short corner jumpers, a slam after a low screen-and-roll, and stepped out for a three. Haven't seen him score yet starting with his back to the basket, but he worked on some moves of that sort pre-game and posted up a few times during the game. Martindale took a few reps in pre-game shoot-around, but had a private conversation off court with the coach a couple times before the tip. Didn't play.
Dimarz was there, too, and may have some different thoughts.

I wonder how Brewster would do against Colgate or BU. I would buy a ticket to see it.

From what I have read, New England Prep School basketball seems very strong. I have to admit I have never been to a game but it seems to me the number of outstanding players coming to these schools from all over the Northeast and beyond, is most impressive. I am glad to see our staff seems to be very actively involved in recruiting young men from the NEPSAC.
