Attendance of 1550 at the Hart Rink would be a violation of the fire code.
Wrong per usual.

This has been discussed previously at length, but perhaps you overlooked or ignored it.
The following are the architect/engineer life safety values for capacity of the rink Maybe IU'll put the pdf files out on Google docs and those who care to examine the calculations may

Spectators per seated row were calculated for basketball, but not for ice hockey.
The Hart basketball court calculation is as follows:
11 rows (each side court) at 112' 6" length per row.
18" per spectator seat
75 spectators per row
11 rows x 75 spectators per row = 825 spectators (1,650 total)
11 rows (each end court) at 48 feet per row
18" per seat
32 spectators per row
11 x 32 spectators per row,= 352 spectators (704 total)
The other 1,270 seats are in the upper tiers.
Total seated capacity of the Hart is 3670. (its actually less than that because the number of spectators per row assumes spectators are seated in the aisles).
