Imagine what the situation may be like if the next two classes have talent that equals (or even exceeds) the current frosh and sophs?

Of the top eight seeds, only one is on the east coast (James Madison).
If we advance to the second round, good chance we'll be heading out to the Dakotas, Montana, Utah, California, etc.

Dakotas are beautiful this time of year...There are reasons they play in domes.

Looking like it will be Monmouth, given that Nova is going to SELA.

Monmouth (H) v Holy Cross Noon Saturday ESPN 3.
Winnable game IMHO. They beat Lafayette by 3.

I think this is the best draw we could have gotten. Should be a competitive game against Monmouth and, if we are fortunate to get by them, we get to stay on the east coast playing JMU.

In a way I feel bad Villanova had to travel. I wish we drew Albany. I think that was winnable and a bit closer for New Englanders. Was it out of the question to host Albany or Towson if SE Louisiana also with 7 wins hosts a game. Not an awful draw in my opinion, but not a great draw. Could be winnable.

One of the QB's on Monmouth's roster is Eddie Scott who was on our 2018 roster as a freshman but did not see any action.

Excellent draw all things considered, but where do the visiting team fans sit?

Does the NCAA reimburse each team for their travel costs or does each team get a predetermined stipend and they are then the school is responsible for any shortfall? Obviously this game includes an overnight hotel stay for the team, but I would assume they are expected to travel by bus to NJ on Friday.

The NCAA doesn't even reimburse the host team for the cost of the officials. Weather for Sat. sunny, low 40s.

I thought I had read somewhere that the NCAA did provide some funding for travel expenses but perhaps I was mistaken. Perhaps financial assistance is provided by the Patriot League as the conference representative?
