Could have sworn I was just at the beach, not listening to the Red Sox, a cold one by my side and yet here where are at the finishing line of Week13. Great win by our boys in da Bronx yesterday. I think we may well be the poster child team for manic-depressives everywhere...shut out in the 1st H but responding with 49 in the 2nd for the victory. Sets the stage for a PL Title win at home for the first time in a decade.
Back here in fantasy-land, SoV solidified his lead with an "eagle" 4-0 on the week/hole17. He was joined by efg, KY75, CHC8485, Cruscis1 and HCFC who also had perfect slates yesterday. Well done gentlemen on a tough week to pick games. Not ovah yet, but it's SoV's to lose at the moment.
If we don't have an outright winner, we will go to a tiebreaker of some sort involving the PL playoff team
Last regular season week. The Red Raidahhs are already getting ready for 2020, 3 all PL games on the slate Saturday.
Week 13:
Bucknell at Fordham Lafayette at Lehigh Georgetown at HC

SOV is indeed sitting pretty with that one game lead and a very easy week with three obvious games

FORDHAM, with an even greater chance of winning in a storm shortened game. LEHIGH, nail the coffin shut on Laffayette's title chances and give TG a break from the grumbling. HOLY CROSS, hang onto the ball!

Fordham Lehigh Holy Cross
Fordham, more talent and more interest. Lehigh, should be able to shut down Lafayette which has not had a consistent running game for years. HC, for the glory.

Fordham (Rams fighting for pride at home)
Lehigh (Mountain Hawks are decimated by injuries but this is a rivalry game. This is fighting for 2nd place and Lehigh at home. TG will have them ready)
Holy Cross (this one is for all the marbles including a winning record season; league championship w/post season guarantee; the reason the 5th year seniors came back; home field advantage; winner of the mythical "Provincial's Cup.")

Fordham Lehigh Holy Cross
Fordham, the big sleep game. Bucknell is done for the year and Fordham is at home.
Lehigh’s offense is terrible. Lafayette was shut out by Colgate. This pick is for TG. He has improved Lehigh’s defense which is saying a lot. Laf has some good players at the line but a weak secondary. TG is home, Laffy does some odd things on offense, so go Gilmore. Get the TOs and win. That offense though what a mess. I just think Gilmore will find a way, maybe an offensive wrinkle, while Laf does something weird and pointless.
Holy Cross. There is no alternative. This is what teams play for and the Crusaders are the better team.
Win it outright. End this bleak PL year the way it should be ended.

OK....for pick 'em purposes, I am going the opposite of all of SoV's picks this week just to make it interesting.
If I were to pick on the games itself, I'd go:
Fordham....home cookin' in a "pride game" Lafayette....Engineers stumbling home this season HC....I see a blowout-type win, something like 38-14
But again, my picks here will be the opposite of whatevah SoV picks for each game.

Maybe the top three should submit to Dean Wormer
