This type of Thursday evening game at an AHL rink is the type of thing we would encounter on occasion if we were in HE (but I'd take it !) for the second time in a couple of weeks we face SHU in Bridgeport at Webster Bank Arena in front of 'maybe' 200 patrons. Tmro at the Hart Last time we took the road game and lost at home - SHU is good and have some quality wins so it's going to be a challenge but we need some points desperately

Oops - I saw ‘final’ on our stats link - agree premature as this was incorrectly posted at abt 8:30 which is too early for a final - hope the score turns around

Good win and nice 3rd period comeback. Maybe they should play all of their games in Bridgeport.

Great comeback. It is interesting playing on a Thursday night, which is a usual practice day. This means Saturday might be the NCAA mandated day-off with a practice on Sunday morning (no Mass?).

Practice on Sunday afternoon or evening ? I remember Pearl would sometimes have skates on Sunday morning. Skill sessions or the scratches from the night before on Sunday morning also.

With Saturday as a off day, hope to see the hockey team in Fitton routing and making some noise for the football team.

Sad, so sad. I remember years ago when I was an Islander fan, they would occasionally score short-handed goals being 2 men down. Now, that was offense.

Can't remember another time when we had men's bball and men's hockey playing at the same time - If parking is not a big problem I will be disappointed

Yeah, and I have to pass up a free meal at the Bud Ryan room. You don't know how upsetting this can be for a retiree. "Free" and "discounts" make my day! Of course, "free" is a relative term since I am not counting PC, Gridiron Club, CAF contributions along with football and basketball season tickets. "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, the meal is free."

SHU smoked BU tonight 4-0 at Agganis. Going 2-2 against them is a good result in retrospect. Army beat AIC 4-1 tonight as well. Going to be tough to get results as the league is getting better. Need to show some results against Bentley this weekend.

Need to show some results against Bentley this weekend. BU fans are saying it was the smallest attendance in the history of the BU program with only 1826 there on Tuesday evening

BU can only live off reflected glory from it's players in the 1980 Olympic Hockey "Miracle on ice" for so long. Although "America's guest" Mike Eruzione has made a fine career out of it. I believe his full time gig has been in development for BU for some time, a logical fit.
