From today's Telegram, well known Holy Cross football player and Hudson High School football coach, Vic Rimkus passed on December 3, 2019. A 1953 graduate, he was co-winner of the 1952 O'Melia Award, played in the East West Shrine game, the 1952 All Star game and received All American nominations. www.legacy.com/obituaries/telegram/obituary.aspx?n=victor-rimkus&pid=194634608May he rest in peace!

His late son, Mike, played at HC, I believe as a walk-on, graduating around '79. He passed earlier this year. He was a tough player! RIP to both.

He was the head coach of Hudson during my high school years at Thanksgiving Day rival Marlboro High. We never did beat his teams during my 4 years. Pretty sure there is a road in Hudson named after him. Seemed to be such a classy leader of his program for a long, long time. RIP

Deleted. Saw Marlboro in NAD's post and assumed is was Marlboro NY. in Hudson valley Appears Mr. Rimkus was from marlborough ma. Thus I deleted. P.S. Pascale was a DE for the Crusaders in late 90's. While not a star on the field, a very good teammate and very bad disc jockey for the College radio station

Marlborough was coached for quite a while by Frank Kronoff who played in the 46 Orange Bowl ...later on he coached nearby Algonquin.
