Looks like a well balanced team basically 6 double digit scorers. Remember last year Ozier as freshman in his first game had a big night against us. Hopefully will get another win prior to start of league play.

Watched a lot of their game against UCF. Starting 5 is solid; pg is very good. This will be tough (I know saying this gives some nausea).

Last year Loyola had a two or three more at this time, but didn’t look like a D1 team as they were learning to play for a new coach. During our first game with them, and first in game in the league, we didn’t look good but they looked a team that was lost ,with the exception of Kostecka. Perhaps we can develop in the same way as the season progresses

Hope you're right EFG but unfortunately we don't have an experienced POY candidate to lead us.

Hope you're right EFG but unfortunately we don't have an experienced POY candidate to lead us. Agree on Kostecka but believe once Nelson has a healthy roster and settles on a lineup/ rotations we can begin to play as a team and show some improvement. Not having a healthy Lowder and Copeland does impact what he can do offensively(Lowder) and defensively(Copeland)

Just realized this is a [very] rare double-header at the Hart, men vs SHU and women vs UNH

Finals are over (obviously - otherwise they wouldn't be playing) so no students
On a positive note, Patriots play Saturday so no conflict there. Still 1-10 likely to scare off most local fans

How is that a conflict there if HC plays on Sunday and the Pats play on Saturday?😏

Knowing both of the contestants (?), it was obvious that Tom forgot the word "no" in his original post (I do that myself with some degree of frequency) and it was equally obvious that 45 knew that and was kidding when he tweaked him.
No harm, no foul.

I think we should arrange a cage match to resolve this vexing dispute

I think HCFC45 has had enough of Tom tweaking him about 45's "driver" warming up the car after games, so he's tweaking back......

Yes, I stealthily added my missing word "no"
Nothing wrong with DiMarz tweaking 45. In fact, I'm pleased my ninja-like edit caused an unwarranted attack on 45

Will Dave be the referee this Sunday afternoon for the cage match between 45 and Tom? Could be great entertainment between the Women’s and Men’s game!
I’ll be watching from Section I. Still wish we were still called Section F. The section name provide a certain panache to the cohort on game day. If you never sat with the group, you would not understand. 🤗

No offense to Dave's versatility, but I only know of one man with the skill set to officiate a cage map and find rhymes for all the players. (Thank goodness Zignorski and Obesekara graduated)

Only on Crossports will you find this range of humor and outstanding punditry.🤗
Since Dave will be busy, maybe DiMarz will ask Igor to be the referee for the cage match? How about moving the match until after Christmas and having it in Amherst in Curry Hicks Cage. “The Cage in the Cage”. We can get ESPN to cover. Guess I should lay-off the eggnog.😀

I would suggest my almost 5 year old grandson who will be there to ref but I'm afraid he would join in rather than ref,
Besides, we need NAD and 45 to save their energy to be full-throated leads in "You, you, you . . . . . oooonnn YOU!"
